The lower mainland doesn't seem to belong in Canada. The weather is too temperate and the trees are too tall. For all its fame of warm weather, it really is a rain forest - not too hot, and rarely freezing. Rising from the ocean up into the mountains the land and weather change from kilometer to kilometer. |
