The Globe, Designers, and Email

The Globe & Mail had some absolutely scandalous things to say about copyright this morning – they suggest that while restricting copying of music might be bad business, it is most definitely a moral wrong. I’ve also noticed an interesting contrast between hackers, who generally like to see things shared, and designers, who are regularly scandalized when their work is pirated. And I want to get to talking about email, which I think is in desperate need of a revamp. Maybe saying this now will actually prompt me to do the writing, we shall see.
